事案概要
2019年から株式会社シックスクリエイトに勤務するベトナム人技能実習生の男性が、同僚から繰り返しほうきで殴るなどの暴力を振るわれた。また安全靴に蹴られて肋骨が３本折れたこともあり、その際に会社は「階段から落ちたことにしておけ」と指示。実習先を監督する監理団体の岡山産業技術協同組合に相談したものの暴行はやまず、21年10月、「福山ユニオンたんぽぽ」に保護された。
