岡山・津山労働基準監督署（貞宗恵治署長）は、労働者２人に就業規則で定めた賞与約200万円などを支払わなかったとして、障害者向け介護福祉事業を営む特定非営利活動法人稲の穂（岡山県鏡野町）と同法人理事長を労働基準法第24条（賃金の支払）違反の疑いで岡山地検津山支部に書類送検した。同法人は令和４年１～９月
